Terms of Use for Loot for the Law
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Loot for the Law, including the mobile game, player accounts, online services, leaderboards, in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, virtual items, loot boxes, battle pass features, advertisements, and related services collectively referred to as the “Game.”

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game.
If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Game and make purchases.
The Game is not intended for children under 13.
2. License to Use the Game
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kisavora LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.
You do not own the Game or any content within the Game. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kisavora LLC and its licensors.
3. Apple and Google Terms
If you download the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the Game is also subject to the applicable platform terms and policies.
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game, except as required by their own platform terms and applicable law.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
4. Player Account and Login
The Game may require or allow login through Apple or Google.
Your player account may be connected to a PlayFab ID, platform account identifier, nickname, game progress, virtual items, virtual currency, purchase history, subscription status, leaderboard entries, and other gameplay data.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple or Google account used to sign in.
We are not responsible for loss of access caused by your loss of access to your Apple or Google account.
5. Nicknames and Leaderboards
The Game may include leaderboards, rankings, or public score features.
Your nickname, rank, score, achievements, and gameplay statistics may be visible to other players.
You must not use a nickname that:
- contains your real name, email address, phone number, address, or other personal information;
- is offensive, hateful, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory;
- impersonates another person or entity;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- violates law or platform policies;
- promotes illegal activity;
- misleads other players.
We may modify, remove, reset, or restrict nicknames or leaderboard entries at our discretion, especially if they violate these Terms or are associated with cheating, fraud, abuse, or technical errors.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, hack, exploit, or manipulate the Game;
- use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, modified clients, or unauthorized software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
- interfere with servers, networking, or security systems;
- exploit bugs or glitches;
- manipulate purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, loot boxes, or rewards;
- sell, trade, transfer, rent, or sublicense accounts, virtual currency, virtual items, or rewards;
- attempt to redeem virtual content for real money;
- harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- use the Game for unlawful purposes;
- bypass geographic, age, consent, advertising, or platform restrictions;
- submit false support, refund, or privacy requests;
- violate Apple, Google, PlayFab, AdMob, or other applicable platform policies.
7. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
The Game may include virtual currency, virtual items, boosts, skins, upgrades, consumables, battle pass rewards, loot boxes, or other digital content.
Virtual currency and virtual items are licensed, not sold.
They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be:
- sold;
- exchanged;
- transferred;
- traded outside the Game;
- redeemed for real money;
- used outside the Game.
We may manage, modify, balance, remove, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency, virtual items, rewards, or game features at any time, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
8. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the Game.
Kisavora LLC does not process or store your full payment card information.
By making an in-app purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the purchased digital content in the Game.
All purchases are subject to the payment, refund, and billing policies of Apple App Store or Google Play.
9. Subscriptions and Battle Pass
The Game may offer subscriptions, including battle pass access or recurring premium features.
A battle pass may provide access to seasonal rewards, premium reward tracks, bonuses, virtual items, virtual currency, or other digital content.
If offered as an auto-renewing subscription, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by Apple App Store or Google Play.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the Game or deleting your game account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Subscription benefits may be available only during the active subscription period.
If your subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or fails to renew, you may lose access to subscription benefits.
10. Loot Boxes and Randomized Rewards
The Game may include loot boxes, chests, packs, randomized rewards, or similar mechanics.
Loot boxes may be obtained using in-game virtual currency. In-game virtual currency may be earned through gameplay, received through rewards, or purchased through in-app purchases, depending on the Game design.
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, the probabilities of receiving each category or type of randomized virtual item will be disclosed in the Game before purchase or opening.
Loot boxes and randomized rewards are digital content for use only in the Game.
They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money.
We may change loot box contents, probabilities, item categories, reward pools, and availability, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
11. Rewarded Ads and Interstitial Ads
The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads.
Rewarded ads may offer optional in-game rewards in exchange for watching an advertisement.
Rewards may be limited, delayed, unavailable, or not granted if:
- the advertisement is not completed;
- there is a network error;
- the ad provider fails to confirm completion;
- fraud or abuse is detected;
- the Game experiences a technical issue.
Interstitial ads may appear at natural transition points in the Game.
Advertising is provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.
12. Refunds
Refunds for purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies.
Kisavora LLC generally cannot issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play.
If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, contact: support@kisavora.com
Please include:
- Player ID;
- platform;
- item purchased;
- approximate purchase date;
- receipt or order ID, if available.
13. Restore Purchases
The Game may include a restore purchases function where required by platform rules, especially for subscriptions or non-consumable purchases.
Consumable items, virtual currency, and used items may not be restorable unless required by law or platform policy.
14. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your game account.
In the Game: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deleting your account may permanently remove:
- game progress;
- nickname;
- leaderboard data;
- virtual currency;
- virtual items;
- inventory;
- battle pass progress;
- account-related rewards.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
We may retain certain information where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or platform compliance purposes.
15. Game Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time, including:
- features;
- levels;
- balance;
- rewards;
- virtual items;
- virtual currency;
- loot boxes;
- battle pass content;
- advertisements;
- leaderboards;
- online services.
Some updates may be required to continue using the Game.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Game if we believe that you:
- violated these Terms;
- cheated or manipulated the Game;
- committed fraud;
- abused purchases, refunds, ads, rewards, or subscriptions;
- used unauthorized software;
- violated platform policies;
- created security or legal risks;
- harmed other players or the Game.
We may also remove or reset progress, scores, leaderboard entries, virtual currency, virtual items, or rewards associated with violations, fraud, cheating, technical errors, or abuse.
17. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its software, artwork, characters, graphics, music, sounds, logos, design, gameplay systems, text, and other content, is owned by Kisavora LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Game without written permission.
18. User Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, bug reports, ideas, or comments, you grant Kisavora LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation to you.
19. Privacy
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy.
20. Third-Party Services
The Game may use third-party services, including:
- PlayFab / Microsoft;
- Google AdMob;
- Apple services;
- Google Play services.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
21. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kisavora LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or available at all times.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kisavora LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, agents, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of virtual currency, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the applicable app store for the Game in the six months before the claim arose, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
23. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer rights, you may have additional rights under local law.
24. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use the Game if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws.
You agree not to use the Game in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
However, if you are a consumer located outside the United States, you may also have rights under mandatory laws of your country or region.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may notify you in the Game, on our website, or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
