Data Deletion for Loot for the Law
This page explains how you can request deletion of your Loot for the Law account and associated data.

1. How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your account directly in the Game:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
If this option is not available or you cannot access the Game, you may contact us at: privacy@kisavora.com
Please include:
- your Player ID;
- platform: iOS or Android;
- nickname;
- email address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in, if applicable;
- approximate date of last activity.
2. What Data May Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize account-related data where reasonably possible, including:
- PlayFab account data;
- Player ID;
- nickname;
- server-side game progress;
- inventory;
- virtual currency balance;
- virtual items;
- battle pass progress;
- leaderboard entries, where technically possible;
- gameplay statistics;
- account settings;
- account-related online data.
3. What Data May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where necessary for:
- legal compliance;
- tax and accounting requirements;
- fraud prevention;
- chargeback and refund prevention;
- security;
- dispute resolution;
- platform compliance;
- enforcement of our Terms of Use.
Examples of retained information may include:
- purchase transaction records;
- subscription-related records;
- refund or chargeback history;
- security logs;
- records required by Apple, Google, or applicable law.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Deleting your Loot for the Law account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
To cancel a subscription:
iOS:
Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Loot for the Law → Cancel Subscription
Android:
Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Loot for the Law → Cancel Subscription
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
5. Local Device Data
Some data may remain locally on your device after account deletion.
You can remove local data by deleting the Game from your device.
6. Processing Time
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
In some cases, we may need additional information to verify your identity and locate your account.
